Ornament Donations
The hand-stitched ornaments will be
sold at a raffle on Friday night, November 3rd at the 2000 Cross
Stitch Pals Convention in Myrtle Beach, SC. All money raised
from the raffle will go to the American Cancer Society for Breast
Cancer Research.
If you would like to donate an ornament
(or two, or more!), just e-mail
me for the mailing address. You do not have to attend the
convention to send an ornament. The ornament can be anything
you would like to stitch. Please finish it so that it's ready
to hang. Also, put the ornament in a ziplock bag with a note containing your name and email address so that the Pal winning your ornament will be able to thank you!
UFO Auction
Most of us have at least one UFO that we know we
will never finish, right? Well, if you have one that is all kitted up, waiting... you can
donate it to the Pals for the UFO Auction. All the proceeds will be going to
Breast Cancer Research.
Used Leaflet Sale
We are accepting donations of your used
leaflets & books for a sale to benefit Breast Cancer Research.
Book Sale
Books (paperbacks and hardback, fiction or non-fiction) are being collected
and for a fee, Pals will be able to purchase these books and all proceeds will
go to Breast Cancer Reseach. If you have books you would like to donate,
you can either bring them with you to the convention or mail them to us
(bookrate is inexpensive but would require early mailing).
Remember, you do not have to attend the convetion
to help us raise money, anyone can make a donation! If you have any questions, including where to send your donations, please
