Are you ready for the Pals Christmas
Ornament and/or the Secret Santa Exchange? Please read the following
CAREFULLY as this is TWO different exchanges. You can sign up
for ONE or BOTH, but make sure you follow directions carefully
as the sign-up emails will NOT be opened until the day we send
out who you will be sending to. If the info is incomplete or wrong,
you will not be allowed to join in either of the exchanges this
round. We are extremely busy right now getting ready for the Pals
Convention, and appreciate your consideration in sending the complete
& correct info! Thanks!
The Christmas
Ornament Exchange ~You must stitch & finish a Christmas Ornament
of your choice. It can be finished in any way you like, but it
needs to be ready to hang on the tree. Deadline to sign up for
this exchange is November 10th and the mailing date is December
4th. Please put Christmas Ornament in the subject line of the
email if you are signing up for this exchange.
Pals Secret Santa
Exchange ~ This is an exchange where
you send a list of stitching items you'd like to receive, such
as patterns, small kits, fabrics, fibers and floss, small tools,
beads, charms, buttons, etc... The person who has your name will
buy $10 worth of items from your list. You will NOT be sending
to the same person you are receiving from, so it will be a secret!
Deadline to sign up for this exchange is November 10th and the
mailing date is December 4th. Please put Secret Santa in the subject
line of the email if you are signing up for this exchange. And
please DO NOT forget to send your list in the sign up email.
If you'd like to join, please send
us an E-MAIL
with the following
information: NAME, MAILING ADDRESS,E-MAIL ADDRESS AND IF YOU
WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE WITH SOMEONE IN ANOTHER
COUNTRY. Please put Ornament Exchange OR Secret Santa in the
Subject line. IF you are signing up for BOTH exchanges, you MUST
SEND 2 SEPARATE EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If we get incomplete information,
you will NOT be included in this exchange
and you will not be e-mailed about it, so PLEASE, send all the
required info
in your e-mail. PLEASE do not sign up unless you intend to follow
through.
