Cross Stitch Pals Sneaky Stitchers

Pals Sneaky Stitchers is our secret pal group. Each group will run for 4 months. We can't stress enough for you to participate as frequently as you can and if you must drop out for some reason, please let us know asap! PLEASE do not sign up if you're not planning to follow through with this, we can't stress that enough. We want everyone to have a good time and everyone needes to get a good & faithful sneaky stitcher and not be left wondering where their pal is! Anyone who doesn't follow through will be dropped from the program for sending as well as receiving, not only in this round, but in all future rounds as well!

Sign-up Dates & Starting/Ending Dates

You must sign up for this round of Sneaky Stitchers by September 11th. The round will start on September 20th. It will run for 4 months, ending on January 20th, 2001. We will not be responding to emails you send in to sign up. You won't hear from us until you get the name of your sneaky stitcher. If you have any questions, make sure you put QUESTION in subject line.

RULES

We only have a few simple rules:

1~ Please email your new sneaky stitcher right away & say hello. Also, please email them at least once a week. If you are going to be out of town or too busy to be in touch for a week or more, please tell them that. Also, the Sneaky Stitcher Bulletin Board is always open, post whenever you can and don't forget to check for messages to you from your Sneaky Stitcher!

2~ Please send a package once a month to your sneaky stitcher.

3~ There are no second chances, if you do not participate according to the rules you will be removed from the program. We do understand that there are sometimes circumstances beyond you control but please be sure to make the person you are sending to aware of any problems as soon as possible.

Some hints to help you hide your idenity from your Sneaky Stitcher: Get a free email address from hotmail or yahoo (for example). When you go to sign up, DO NOT put your real name & address or it will show up on the emails you send from that account. If you pick a name like Jane Doe, for example, that is what will show up on your emails. If you are afraid your sneaky stitcher will recognize your address, you can find someone to remail packages for you. I'm sure there will be plenty of pals who will be happy to do this! Just mail them the package in another box/envelope ready to be dropped in the mailbox (make sure complete address & postage is on the package before you send it to a remailer).

Once the round has started, you will get an email address to send ALL correspondence to. If you don't send your emails to the correct address, you won't get the help you need! That info will be in the email sent to you with the name of your new sneaky stitcher. Please make a note of it and be careful to send to the correct address!
